Employer Brand Strategy
Walmart needed an employer brand strategy that would unite and energize its 2.3 million associates around the world. A strategy rooted in the endless possibilities for individuals at Walmart became the foundation for “This is That Place,” an employer value proposition and rally cry that helped build a renewed sense of pride in what it means to work at Walmart.

Brand Strategy and Campaign Platform: It's a thousand things
Building a brand for a health care company means pushing up against the hard truth of the category: that people hate thinking about health care. While the rest of Northern California's health care brands used aspirational messaging to distract from reality, we build a strategy that leaned into substance. Rooted in all the little things that matter when you're dealing with something as important as your health, we were able to tell real, tangible stories that customers could actually track back to the exceptional care that Sutter Health delivered at every touchpoint, for every patient, every day.
